Yes. You do not need to be a citizen or resident, or ever visit. You do need a registered agent in your state, which every plan includes for the first year.
Yes. The online form needs an SSN, so we file the SS-4 by the route that does not, and chase the IRS until the number comes back. It is included in every plan.
Most founders abroad want a Wyoming LLC. If you plan to raise from US investors, a Delaware C-Corp is what they expect. The order form asks three questions and tells you which.
You owe three things: the agent renewal, the state's yearly charge, and a federal filing. A foreign-owned single-member LLC owes Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120 even in a year with no income. All of it sits on your calendar with real dates.
No. Since 14 August 2026 a company formed in the United States owes no beneficial ownership report to FinCEN. Some providers still sell it. We took it off the list.
Not to form the company, but yes to get paid. Several banks open accounts for non-US founders remotely, and we introduce you once your EIN is in.
We check the name the same business day. Wyoming approves the company the same day it is filed. Delaware takes two to three weeks. The EIN comes after that: twenty to thirty business days on the ordinary route, or one to two weeks with the expedited EIN.
Until we file, you get a full refund. Once the state approves, the company exists: keep it, move it to another agent, or have us close it.
Ready when you are
Answer the questions. We do the filing.
It takes about four minutes. You see the whole order, state fee included, before anything is charged.
