Founders · Reviews
What founders say about forming their company with us.
When a company is formed and handed over, we ask the founder once how it went. If they're happy for us to share it, it goes up exactly as they wrote it, with the name they chose, their country and the date. This page has no other source, and it won't show a count until there's something to count.
In their words
Why is this page still empty?
The first companies are being formed now, and we only ask a founder once their company is finished and in their hands. When someone writes a review and says we can share it, it appears here with the date. Until then the page stays empty. The only way to fill it sooner would be with reviews nobody wrote, and that's something we've said we won't do.
The rules
How does a review get onto this page?
Once a company is formed and everything is in the founder's documents, we ask them two things: how it went, and what we should fix. The answer about what to fix stays private and goes to the people who did the work. The answer about how it went can be published if the founder allows it. It appears with the name they choose to show, usually their first name, along with their country and the date. It never shows their email address or their company's name.
Before a review appears, a person reads it once to catch spam, or anything that would identify the founder when they didn't mean it to. That's the only step between writing and publishing. We don't shorten, correct or reorder the text, and a low rating goes up just like a high one. If a founder edits their review later, it comes back to be read again. Nobody gets paid, a discount or an upgrade for writing one.
We don't copy in reviews from other sites, and we won't show a star average until there are enough real reviews for one to mean something. If a number on this page ever looks too good, ask us where it came from.
