Does a US company change the answer?
For Stripe, yes. For Mercury and Wise, no: both go by where you live.
Stripe goes by where the business is registered. A US LLC with an EIN and a US bank account applies for a US Stripe account, wherever you live. Stripe still reviews you and the business, and it can say no.
Mercury goes by where you live, not your passport. A US company doesn't change that. A citizen of a listed country who lives somewhere else may still qualify.
Wise offers a company only what it offers in both countries. Its business checks look at where the company is registered and where it's run from. So a US company run from Nepal gets no USD details from Wise, since Wise gives none to people living in Nepal.

Yes, through a US company. A US LLC with an EIN and a US bank account applies for a US Stripe account, wherever you live. Stripe still reviews you and the business, and it can say no.
