No. Every plan forms the company, gets your EIN and acts as your registered agent without them. Nothing is pre-ticked in the order form, and each add-on is its own yes-or-no question with its price beside it.
The two speed add-ons, expedited filing and the expedited EIN, only help while we form the company, so they're asked in the order form. A domain, business email, a phone number, a WordPress site, Shopify setup and more storage can be added from your dashboard at any time.
Every plan includes a domain's first year, business email and a US phone number free to start, a WordPress site free for 3 months, the Shopify starting package, and People and Legal. Scale also includes expedited filing, annual state compliance and 10 GB of document storage.
The monthly and yearly ones renew until you cancel them. A domain is the exception: it renews once a year only if you say yes.
Yes. Every price on these pages is read from the same catalogue the order form and the dashboard use, so a page can't quote a number checkout doesn't charge.
