Add-on · Annual compliance

Your yearly state filing, handled.

Every US company owes its state something each year, and missing it can end with the state dissolving the company. For $149 a year we keep track of the date, make the filing or the payment for you, and tell you what's due before it is. The state's own charge is passed through at cost, with no markup.

01What's owed

What does each state expect every year?

Wyoming asks for an annual report, with a licence tax. A Delaware LLC files no report but pays a flat yearly tax. A Delaware corporation does both, an annual report and a franchise tax. Here's what each costs and when it's due.

Delaware raised its LLC tax to $400 from 1 January 2026, and plenty of sites still say $300. Wyoming's is $60, or $0.0002 for every dollar of assets the company holds in Wyoming, whichever is more.

02What we do

What do we do for you?

  1. 01Put the date on your calendarThe deadline sits on your compliance calendar from the day the company is formed.
  2. 02Remind you before it's dueWe email you 30, 14 and 3 days ahead, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
  3. 03File it or pay itWe make the filing or the payment with the state, with its fee passed through at cost.
  4. 04Mark it doneOnce the state has it, the date is marked filed on your calendar, and the next year's goes on.

03What it isn't

What isn't included?

This is the state's filing, not the federal one. A foreign-owned single-member LLC also files Form 5472 with the IRS every year, by 15 April for a calendar-year company, and that's covered on our tax filing page. The state's own charge isn't in the price either. You pay it at cost, on its own line.

There's no beneficial ownership report to file any more. FinCEN ended it for US-formed companies on 14 August 2026, and we won't sell it to you.
