Add-on · Business email
Send email from your company's own domain.
Banks, payment processors and clients take a company more seriously when its email isn't a free account. Each mailbox lives on your domain, with 15 GB of space, webmail you can open in any browser and IMAP for the mail app you already use. We set up the records that get your mail signed and delivered. It's $30 a year per mailbox after the free period your plan includes.

01What you get
What does each mailbox include?
- 15 GB of space for mail and attachments.
- Webmail you can open in any browser, on any computer.
- IMAP, so the mail app on your phone or laptop works with it too.
- Aliases, so sales@ or billing@ can land in a mailbox you already have.
- The mail records set up for you. We add MX, SPF and DMARC and sign your mail with DKIM, so other providers can tell it's really from you.

03Know before you buy
What doesn't it do?
There's no catch-all address and no automatic forwarding to an outside account like Gmail. If you'd rather keep everything in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, that's fine: the domain's DNS editor lets you point your mail anywhere.

If yours is not here, email us at hello@baseacross.com before you order.
Yes, through IMAP. Webmail also works in any browser, so you can read your mail without installing anything.
15 GB per mailbox, for mail and attachments together.
Yes. Add another mailbox for $30 a year, or add an alias such as sales@ that delivers into a mailbox you already have.
Not automatically. You can read it in the Gmail app through IMAP, or point your domain's mail records at another provider if you'd rather use one.
Yes, and every plan includes one: the first year of a .com, .net, .org or .co. The mailbox goes on that domain.
