Apostille, for a founder abroad.
An apostille is a certificate attached to a public document so that it's accepted in another country that has joined the Hague Apostille Convention, without further checks. For a state document such as the articles or a certificate of good standing, it's issued by that state's Secretary of State; for federal documents, by the US Department of State.
A bank or registry in your own country may ask for an apostilled copy when you open an account or register a branch there. Countries outside the Convention ask for embassy legalisation instead, which takes longer.
We order it for $149 plus the state's charge, which we confirm before you pay.
